Introducing the ATLIS UAV

Powered by Managed Autorotation

500 pound payload.
400+ mile range.

Our patented Managed Autorotation technology enables our hybrid gyrodyne architecture to achieve transitionless flight from multi-rotor takeoff and landing to autogyro-like forward flight.

This accomplishes the best of several worlds: efficient flight, few moving parts, minimal maintenance, heavy payloads, and long range.

Managed Autorotation

During takeoff and landing, ATLIS’ rotors behave like a multi-rotor aircraft, with lift power provided by batteries.

Once airborne, the ICE-powered tractor prop provides propulsion for forward flight. At this point, ATLIS begins to fly like an autogyro, with lift provided by unpowered rotors.

Flight control is achieved by adding or removing rotor power with at or near zero net electrical power usage in flight.
